We Handle Sourcing in 3 Complex Stages
Stage 1 — Prove the sourcing model Secure the ideal supplier introduction, obtain comparable analysis, coordinate technical qualification, and help the buyer evaluate direct supply options when needed.
Stage 2 — Develop recurring procurement Once the first transaction is successful, help the buyer establish a repeat-order process, supply planning, and a commercial framework for subsequent purchases.
