Business Hours

Med Global Distributors Ltd. regular hours of business are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Mondays to Fridays, except statutory and some optional holidays in the Province of Ontario. Special arrangements may be made with Med Global Distributors Ltd. to complete services outside of these regular business hours.

Security of Login ID and Password

If you are issued login credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID and password. Use of credentials indicates agreement with our security policies and operational procedures. MGD may deactivate accounts after 90 days of inactivity, policy violations, or unauthorized use.

Processing of Referrals and Licensing Activities

MGD does not process direct orders or sell services directly. As an affiliate and referrer, MGD may collect limited personal or business information from you to refer you to third-party software vendors, platforms, or cloud service providers. This includes information necessary to fulfill affiliate obligations such as redirecting to a product, initiating a license process, or tracking referrals. Accuracy of Information and Instructions

It is your responsibility to provide MGD with accurate and complete information. Instructions and data may be shared with authorized partners, affiliate networks, or suppliers to facilitate access to recommended or referred services.
